Food Safety License Validity

Not Needing to Get a Food License

1. Business Premises Rental Agreement.

2. Identification of the Person in Question (Aadhaar Card, Driver's License, Passport, or Voter ID)

3. In the event that there are any government registration certificates (such as a partnership deed, company incorporation certificate, firm registration, pan card, GST registration number, shop and establishment registration, or trade license),

4. The applicant must submit a copy of the partnership deed or the MOA and AOA if they are a private limited business or partnership firm.

5. One of the following certificates is required in order to apply for a state license: a trade license, a shop and establishment registration, a panchayath license, a corporation license, or a municipality license.

Registration of Central FSSAI Licenses-
